At Happy Dog, we want you and your pup to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Simply ensure the products are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing back in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
